An excellent day once again at Yowani Golf Club with 32 players in the field.

2 Ball Aggregate Winners - John Longmire and Eric Liew - 75 points
2 Ball Aggregate Runners Up - Justin McPhillips and David Brian - 74 points

LH Individual winner Cheryl Gorham - 38 points
LH Individual Runner Up - Ian Cox - 37 points

RH Individual Winner - Bill Saalfield - 36 points
RH Individual Runner Up - Michael Jamieson - 35 points

NTP 16th - Murray Widderson
NTP 3rd - Brad Tepper

​For the 3rd time in the last seven years the LH proved to be the better players with an average score of 33.53 points compared to 32.06 points for the RH players.

Following tradition, all players not winning a prize received a ball.
ACT Championships 2022

​A very successful ACT Championship was held at Fairbairn on Sunday September 18th, 2022. Strong winds and playing off the black tees gave all players a true test.

​2022 ACT 2 Ball Championships

The annual 2 ball best ball Championships were held at Belconnen on Sunday 6th February 2022 The course at Belconnen was in excellent condition. A record number of Entries (28) enjoyed a great day.

​2 Ball Championship winners were Phil Burgess and Bob Murphy  (45pts) on a count back from Runners Up Phil Rooke and Peter Brassil.

ACT and NSW 2022 Event

The Annual ACT and NSW weekend of golf was held at Gold Creek Golf Club on March 12th and 13th. The course was in outstanding condition and all players, especially those from NSW, enjoyed typical Canberra spring weather. Twenty-two players teed off on the Saturday, and thirty-two on the Sunday.
Saturday was the popular Jacket and Shawl Event awarded to the best individual LH and RH stableford scorers. The Green Jacket goes to the best Left Hander, and the Shawl to the best Right Hander. A 2 ball best ball was held in conjunction with the individual event.

Winner Shawl - Nathan Sutton (ACT) - 41 points
Winners 2 ball best ball - Kent Donally (ACT) and Steve McDonald (NSW) - 44 points
Runners Up 2 ball best ball - Murray Widderson  (ACT) and Nathan Sutton (ACT)  - 43 points

Sunday was the team event between NSW and ACT. The Ossie Ratford Shield is awarded to the team with the lowest average individual Stableford score. This Event was first held in 1994 at the Goulburn Golf Club. NSW up to 2021 had won 18 times, and ACT 9 times.

ACT were the winners in 2022 for the 10th time with an average score of 30.00. NSW average score was 26.83.
