upcoming Events

Our next event is Sunday 13 th October at Kapunda Golf Club
Tee off is at 12 noon
Players please to report to the Captain 30 mins prior to tee off.
​To register for this event please send an email to [email protected] Please let Pat know if you require a golf cart. Green fees are $20 Carts $30

State Titles
This event will take place at the Victor Harbor golf club on Sunday 15th December with tee off at 12 noon. A BBQ and presentations will be had after the game at the Fleurieu clubrooms Encounter bay

The National Championships

The Nationals will be held at the Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff golf clubs 10th to 15th November. Please register for the event ASAP it is not too late. Registration details are on the home page of the NALG website above.

The Inaugural Sand Scrape Challenge

In August the first sandscrape challenge was held on The Yorke Peninsula involving the Ardrossan and Wool Bay golf clubs. The weekend was a huge success and thanks must go to the two hosting clubs.
Results for the weekend were:
Winner: Nicki Crawford 34 points on both days
Runner up: Kay White 34 and 31 points
​3rd place: Pat White with 31 and 32 points

The Challenge Cup - SA vs the Riverina

Hosted by the Left Handed Golfing Divisions of South Australia  and the Riverina the 2024 Challenge was played at the Murray Downs Golf Club March 16th and 17th.
​Teams from both Divisions play for the "Walmsley Cup" based on the average stableford for each team across the two rounds.
​The 2024 result was South Australia 57.842 narrowly defeated Riverina 57.75 a differential of 0.092. The event has been held over the past 4 years and South Australia is now 3-1 up.
